By creating an account, purchasing audit credits, or utilizing the Sentinel Audit platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Permitted Use & Defensive Authorization

Sentinel Audit is a defensive software quality, performance, and accessibility auditing platform. You agree to audit only domains, applications, and APIs that you own, operate, or have explicit authorization to inspect. The service must not be used to conduct denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, unauthorized scraping, or malicious exploits.

3. Credit System & Purchases

• Audit credits purchased on Sentinel Audit are one-time purchases and never expire.
• Each completed audit run deducts one (1) credit from your available balance.
• Credits are non-transferable between unrelated accounts except under enterprise agency agreements.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Sentinel Audit provides automated diagnostic heuristics, accessibility checks, and AI visual critiques on an "as-is" basis. While our engine strives for 99% accuracy, automated reports do not replace formal third-party manual penetration testing or legal accessibility certification.
