What is Sentinel Audit?+
Sentinel Audit is an autonomous defensive quality engine. It crawls websites with Playwright, checks security hygiene, performance, accessibility, SEO, and responsive layout, and can also audit native app store listings (ASO). Every completed run produces scored HTML and PDF reports.
Do I need an account to run an audit?+
Yes. Sign in or create a free account to launch audits. New accounts receive welcome credits so you can try the product before purchasing packs.
How do credits work?+
One credit equals one full inspection (website crawl or app store audit). Credits never expire. You can buy packs on the Pricing page anytime.
What happens if the server is busy?+
Audits run one at a time on the inspection server. If another scan is in progress, your run is queued with a live wait timer and queue position. You can safely close the tab — the audit continues in the background, and we’ll email you when it finishes (when email delivery is configured).
Can I close the browser while an audit is running?+
Yes. Audits execute on the server, not in your browser. Closing the tab does not cancel the job. Reopen the run page anytime to watch live progress, or wait for the completion email.
What do I get when an audit finishes?+
A live control-room view with findings, scores, and activity; an interactive HTML report; and a scored PDF you can download. Reports include category scores, remediations where available, and the audited website URL.
What URLs can I audit?+
Audit domains and apps you own or are authorized to inspect. Website audits use http/https URLs. App mode supports major store listing URLs (Apple, Google Play, Microsoft Store, Chrome Web Store, and related surfaces). Do not use Sentinel for unauthorized testing or abuse.
What if an audit fails?+
If the scan cannot complete (for example the site is unreachable), the run is marked failed and the credit is automatically refunded to your account when possible.
Do you offer refunds on purchased credits?+
Unused credit balances are covered by our 14-day refund guarantee. Contact billing with your account email and receipt to request a review.
How is Competitor Compare different from a normal audit?+
Compare runs a head-to-head benchmark between two targets (speed, SEO/ASO, security posture, accessibility) so you can see relative strengths. A standard audit is a deep single-target inspection with a full scored report.
Is my login data stored when I provide test credentials?+
Multi-role login credentials used for authenticated crawls exist only in memory for that scan. They are not written to disk or shared. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store.
