This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, and protect information when you utilize our website, APIs, automated Playwright crawling engines, and AI-powered quality auditing services.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, name, and hashed credentials.
• Audit Targets & Public URLs: The web URLs, public App Store IDs, or domain endpoints you submit for inspection.
• Audit Diagnostics: Technical telemetry captured during browser automation (HTTP status codes, DOM layout snapshots, Lighthouse performance metrics, and console errors).
• Authentication Credentials for Protected Audits: Form login credentials you provide for multi-role testing are stored ephemerally in encrypted memory only during the active crawl lifecycle and are never persisted or shared.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to execute requested audits, compute quality and ASO scorecards, generate downloadable PDF reports, track non-expiring credit balances, and prevent automated abuse.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

When AI-assisted features (like Vision UX critique or plain-English executive summaries) are enabled, sanitized text snippets and viewport screenshots are processed via OpenRouter AI endpoints strictly for generating audit evaluations. We do not use your proprietary application code or screenshots to train public AI models.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You retain full ownership of your audit data. You can delete any individual audit report or clear your entire audit history at any time with a single click in your dashboard.
