1. Unused Credits Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our auditing engine. If you purchase an audit credit pack and decide within 14 days of purchase that Sentinel Audit is not right for your team, we will issue a full refund for all unused credits remaining in your balance—no questions asked.
2. Automatic Failed-Scan Credit Protection
If any audit attempt fails due to target server timeouts, invalid SSL handshakes, network drops, or engine processing errors, our system automatically refunds that credit back to your account immediately.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email our billing team at billing@sentinel-audit.com with your account email address and purchase receipt. All refund requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 48 business hours to your original payment method.
